Before reaching a goal, we all go on a journey.

At any point of time every person can be linked to one level of relationship with the brand.

There are 5 basic levels of consumer journey:

Awareness: involves spreading general information about your products and services to your target audience(s).

Consideration/familiarity: your target audience is already aware of your services or products, considering to buy and going into the research stage and comparing with your competitors. This is the stage of promotion, when brands strive to convince potential buyers to include you on the list of available options.

Conversion/purchase: at this stage people make decision to buy. Businesses use a dedicated call-to-action to make a purchase, subscribe to a mailing list, or sign up for services.

Retention: loyal customer costs less than the effort to bring in new customers. Retention includes keeping customers happy with a relationship management team.

Advocacy: at this stage customers share reviews& recommendations, that are helping to build strong credibility for brand or service. This is the stage of WOM (word of mouth) and influencers management.
